The visual sheet metal inspection system integrates optics, electron, 2D image measurement and computer image 

processing technology, meanwhile, it has the following functions:


One-click measurement: by comparing the photographs with the CAD picture, all sizes, deviations or deficiencies can be found at a glance

Image capture: CAD picture can be directly imported into the inspection software, and the NC plan would be captured instantly without deleting the picture frames and bending pictures in CAD in advance.

Caliper simulation: if there isn't the size need to be marked in the CAD picture, it can be marked with the aid of the HYT visual sheet metal inspection software. 

Stitching measurement: in terms of extremely large part, the HYT visual sheet metal inspection software can adopt stitching measurement method which means dividing the part into two pieces and taking photographs respectively. Besides, it would select stitching benchmark and measure these two pieces automatically.

Auto match: when taking overlapping measurement to the photographs and the CAD picture, auto match can be adopted.

Measurement report: by comparing the photographs with the CAD picture, dimensional measurement report can be generated.

Report Storage: the inspection report can be printed on-site and the electronic one can be saved.
